Enerdu Issues Environmental Report

On December 17th, 2012, Enerdu Power Systems Inc. posted their Environmental Report with the following message:

“The minimum duration of the review period, as specified in the Class EA, is 30 days.  However, in recognition of many people’s limited availabilities during the holiday season, the report will instead be available for a 47-calendar day review period, from December 17, 2012, to February 1, 2013.

Hard copies of the report will be available at the following locations for the duration of the review period:

  • Municipal office of the Town of Mississippi Mills
  • Mississippi Mills Public Library (Almonte branch and Pakenham branch)
  • Almonte Post Office

An electronic copy of the report and the annexes/appendices will be uploaded onto the WESA website (www.wesa.ca) on December 17.”

Also:

“The Class EA requires that any parties with issues concerning this ER first attempt to resolve those issues with Enerdu.  In the event that any issues cannot be resolved, a Part II Order request for an Individual Environmental Assessment can be sent to the Minister of Environment and must be copied to Enerdu.  This request must be received no later than February 1, 2013.”
